Ten months ago the year was just beginning and the Maori language was exotic to me. Now my time is over and Maori is not the only thing I got to know. The year passed by far too fast! This was such an amazing time for me! I enjoyed every single minute of it!
To the Year 13 Outdoor Education class: Thank you for the amazing time I had with you tramping, rock climbing, river crossing, saving the mistletoe and in class. Unforgettable times like jumping in Lake Wanaka at night, playing mafia in the hut, tramping and standing on top of Mt Luxmore and so many more!!! A special thank you to Mr Dickens and Mr Meder for all their support and caring on the tramps.
Thank you to all my classmates who made this year as awesome as it was. Thank you, Koka for the most amazing Maori lessons and letting me join the Kapahaka group even though I have not a tiny bit of Maori blood in me. I loved it and I will never forget what I learned! Thank you to all my friends I found here! You are amazing and you will always be in my heart!
I had such a great time with so many good memories! I am going to miss New Zealand and Darfield so much!
